My name is Cynthia Henewaa Kumah. I am currently a student at the Norwegian University of Science and Technology in Trondheim, Norway.
Programme: MPhil in Linguistics (2008-2010)
I come from the Brong-Ahafo Region of Ghana. I had my first degree in Linguistics and Information Studies at the University of Ghana. Currently, I am working on a dialectal dictionary for Bono. Bono (Brong) is a dialect of Akan mainly spoken in the Brong-Ahafo region of Ghana and some part of Ivory Coast. My work will concentrate on the Bono dialect spoken in Ghana. In TypeCraft I publish some of my annotations under the 'language-label' Akan.
