This project is sponsored by NUFU ([http://www.uib.no/fa/intkont/nufu/nufu.htm NUFU]), and has been a cooperation project since 1996 between the University of Ghana, Legon, Accra, and the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU), Trondheim.
