Ruby Otoo is black in complexion.I am a lecturer at the University of Education,Winneba. Born on December 21 1959 at Osu.I have an M,phil in Applied linguistics(Ga). Areas of interest are phonology,morphology,semantics and syntax.I lecture in phonology,written literature of the Ga language and also principles and rules of the Ga language. Research interest is in morphophenemics.
