In this category you find TypeCraft wiki pages that feature a short but quite detailed description of a linguistic phenomenon. Essential for a TypeCraft Grammar squib is that it is backed-up by data, and ideally by data that is directly accessible online.
Grammar squibs are an ideal way to present work in progress including suggestions about how observed patterns may relate to assumed linguistic generalisations. A grammar squib could also offer suggestions for a theoretical adaptation of the presented material.
Squibs may be open-ended. They are meant to raise questions and to present research in progress.
